Removing the loose materials and clean the surface. Repair pot holes and damage area if any with repairing mortar.
PProviding and fixing of polyurethane back up rod ( 5mm greater than expansion joint size ) as per half of joint width is to be treated.
Providing and application of single component polyurethane sealant BOSS – 324 and finish the grooves.
Providing and application of two component epoxy adhesive ADESILEX PG-4 on both edges of the joint to be treated. Fixing of expansion joint tape MAPEBAND TPE over the adhesive applied area by leaving the tape center portion. Apply second coat of epoxy adhesive over the tape edges only on both sides.
